Registration Kick-off/Information Meeting

7:30pm Monday, September 13

Final Registration Day

8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday, October 2

Boys’ Divsions Pee Wee – 3^rd and 4^th grade Intermediate – 5^th and 6^th grade Boys’ rules

Girls’ Division Intermediate – 4^th thru 6^th grade Girls’ rules

Play it Again Sports will be at both of these registration events with equipment for all divisions

Here is a copy of the registration form and the waiver. These can be completed and mailed along with your registration fee to the FYLAX PO box provided on the registration form. You can also register in person at either of the two registration events listed above.

All registrations, waivers and fees must be received by 5:00pm Saturday, October 2.

All players must reside within the Friendswood city limits.

All players must be members of US Lacrosse.
